July 22, 2004, Oakland Officer William Scius was killed in an
on-duty motorcycle accident. In an attempt to preserve Will’s memory,
retired Oakland Sergeant Art Michel, Officer Michael Nichelini and
Oakland Police Department motorcycle shop supervisor Mike Seaberry put
their heads together and decided to design a beautiful motorcycle in
their friends honor. |
