Nicki Woods
Paso Robles Police Officers Association
Nicki
Woods began as a Reserve Officer at the Paso Robles Police Department
in June 1987. She became a Patrol Officer in October 1988 and Sergeant
in May 1999. As of October 2005, she also holds the titles of Detective
Bureau Commander, Department Training Manager, Property Room Manager,
and Gang Investigator. She earned her Associates in Arts degree from
Cuesta College in 1994 and is currently working on her Bachelors
degree. She received the Paso Robles Police Association Distinguished
Service Award in 1995 and 1997. She has been on the COPS Board of
Directors since 1997 and currently holds the position of Vice
President. She has also been a member of the Peace Officers Standards
and Training Advisory Committee since December 2003.

Greg Powers
Tulare County Corrections Assoication
Greg
Powers attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and majored in History and
Political Science. He has been a Tulare County Probation Officer for
ten years and President of Tulare County Corrections Association for
three years. He is currently assigned to the Tulare County Gang Task
Force. He has been court certified as a gang expert and he oversees the
Gang Redirection Youth Program.

Henderson Police Officers Association
Darrell
Wade is a police officer and Traffic Accident Recontructionist for the
city of Henderson in Nevada. He graduated from Southern Nevada Law
Enforcement Academy in 1999 and received the Academy Leadership Award
and Class #98-2 Speaker. He has also successfully completed
Northwestern University Technical Accident Investigation and Vehicle
Dynamics courses and the IPTM Traffic Crash Reconstruction course. He
has been the Secretary on Henderson Police Officers Association (HPOA)
Executive Board since January 2004 and was appointed President in
October 2005.

Phil Gervasi Police Officers Association of the Clark County School District
Phil Gervasi began his heroic and illustrious career in March of 1969 with the New York City Corrections Department. In October of 1969 he was accepted into the New York City Police Academy and began his long tenured service with NYPD. Over his years, he served in the NYPD Narcotic Division/Organized Crime Control Bureau, Mayor’s Arson Task Force, Street Crime Unit and Brooklyn South Task Force. Upon completing 22 years of service to the citizens of New York City, Phil moved his family out west and began working for the Clark County District Attorney Investigators Unit. After 1 year of service, Phil found his calling back on the streets working for the Clark County School District Police Department. Over the past 16 years Phil has risen through the ranks and currently serves as a police sergeant. Phil has served as the President of the Police Officers Association of the Clark County School District for the past 14 years.

Salinas Police Officers Association
Kyle
Kimm has spent the last 24 years as a police office and the last 22
have been with the city of Salinas. He is currently a senior detective
assigned to the person crime investigation unit and has been in
narcotics twice, the gang enforcement unit twice, FTO, SWAT for 20
years, and the firearms training unit for 16 years. He has been awarded
the Monterey County Peace Officers Association (MCPOA) Award of Merit
four times, the Salinas Police Officer of the Year in 1992, and the
MCPOA Officer of the Year in 1997. He is a past president of the
Salinas Police Officers Association and has served on the SPOA Board of
Directors for 13 years.
